Matt has more than 20 years experience in IT, Management Consulting, Corporate Finance and Supply Chain related fields. He is a founder and director of a Hong Kong based corporate restructuring consultancy specialising in manufacturing and distribution operations. He has implemented numerous accounting and manufacturing systems, with special interest in systems interfaces, and operational management of publicly listed companies.

Matt has worked for several multi-nationals including KPMG, NCR, and GEAC in corporate advisory, consulting, development and management roles. He has spent more than 10 years based in North Asia with long term projects in mainland China and Indonesia. He is resident in Shanghai, China and speaks English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Herriott-Watt University, Scotland.
